1.  As per PEMEA by-laws: Article X, Sec. 1. "These (PEMEA )By-Laws may be altered, amended, repealed or added to by an affirmative vote of not less than sixty (60%) of the members."   As such, we present to you the proposed amendments and request to indicate your approval or non-approval to the proposed amendments.

2.  Only active PEMEA members and those who have newly applied for membership and who renewed their membership as well as fellows, honorary members and founding members are eligible to vote for proposed amendments of the PEMEA Constitution and By-Laws.
