Co-organized by PEMEA and SEAMEO INNOTECH

The first NCEME was held in August 2008 that was organized by the Center for Learning and Performance Assessment of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde under the leadership of Marife Mamauag. In this event the PEMEA was born. 

Conference Aims:

(1) Acquire knowledge and understanding of student assessment across levels and disciplines

(2) Engage in a discussion on the different kinds of assessment in the 21st century

(3) Share best practices related to classroom assessment

(4) Establish linkages with professionals in the field of measurement and evaluation

The convention will cover topics on assessing 21st century skills, K to 12 assessment framework, diagnostic, formative, summative, mother-tongue based, and outcomes-based assessment.
